I went to this morning’s clinic, and Nick and Steve did a great job boiling down the fundamentals of the game for beginners (coaches and players).
They clearly understand the challenges of working with 5 and 6 year olds, but also reminded me that they (our kids) learn really quickly and are able to absorb a lot of information and put it into practice quickly. At my team’s practice this afternoon, Nick and Steve’s tips for throwing, catching and hitting paid off immediately – all of my kids actually started to look like ball players!

At Sherman Oaks Baseball Academy, players are instructed in a nurturing, age-appropriate, and disciplined manner, whether during private lessons or in camp. Additionally, as parents we appreciate the level of professionalism consistently demonstrated by the staff. We expect that our boys will be working with SOBA for many years to come.
